Die Reise führt Sie zur Lagune von Balos, dem berühmten Strand auf Kreta, der als einer der schönsten Strände der Welt gilt, und zur Halbinsel Gramvousa. Ein flacher Sandstrand zwischen Hersonissos von Gramvousa und dem kleineren Kap Tigani. Balos ist bekannt für sein türkisfarbenes Wasser, seine wilde Naturschönheit und seine herrliche Landschaft. Die Lagune von Balos hat weißen Sand und tief blaugrünes Wasser mit warmem, flachem Wasser. An anderen Stellen hat der Sand eine schöne rosa Farbe, die von den zerkleinerten Muscheln herrührt.
