The boat was grubby and we had to give the galley and work surfaces a good clean. One cabin had dried leaves under the bunk cushion. We did not raise it at the time since we were busy with the yacht briefing and wanted to head out quickly to get to an anchor for the night. I mentioned it on our return. We left a list of issues with Asia Marine ranging from issues with the hatches (a handle fell off, a hinge came apart) to the shower pump not being as good as it could be. It was an old catamaran and had seen a lot of use so we expected a few issues. We called them after the first night since the dinghy started to leak when more than 2 people were aboard. They came out the next day and replaced the dinghy so cannot fault them on the support. On the positive side it was a great design for such a hot climate and the engines were in good nick and powerful. The mainsail was stiff and this had been noted by a previous charterer in the vessel's log book, the rest of the gear was fine.
